WHAT IS PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project Management

What is a Project?

Assignment that has a deadline - 1yr , 2 yrs etc.

With a Well Defined Purpose - E.G. To achieve compliance to IT AUDIT

It should have a start & end date

It should also have Human power & materials' resources to accomplish the project

In real life, the purpose might change and as a result it will affect the timeline
